DEAR Systems provide an all in one holistic solution for Accounting, Inventory Management, Point of Sale & B2B e-commerce Software, specially designed for small and medium businesses.
As new functionality is added and new customers come online, a robust and easy to understand knowledge base is essential to a smooth on-boarding process. My role for DEAR involves liaising with both developers and the customer support team to improve existing articles and make the user experience as smooth as possible.
